This event is presented by Ryan Taylor Architects, LLC (RTA). By accessing and attending this event, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms. Any participation in this event will constitute acceptance of these terms.

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Carefully review the date and time of the event for which you’re registering before you complete the purchase. No refunds, credits, exchanges or cancellations are available once your ticket purchase has been completed.

No credits for future events will be given if you cannot attend. Please treat your registration like a concert ticket - transfer your registration or ticket to someone else if you’re not able to attend by following the terms for “Transferring Your Registration” below for any events at which an attendee is eligible to receive credit for continuing education.

Transferring Your Registration
While RTA does not allow cancellation of registrations, you may choose to transfer your registration to another person by giving them your attendee link so they may attend in your place. It is your responsibility to safeguard your attendee link.

If you give your attendee link to another person, you must alert RTA staff to let them know your registration has been transferred. This is particularly important for any people who wish to use a transferred registration to earn continuing education credit. The original registrant is responsible for providing notice of these terms to any party to whom the registration is transferred.

Reselling of Registrations or Tickets
No party may purchase a registration or ticket to an RTA event and sell it to another party for more than the purchase price paid to RTA for the registration or ticket. RTA reserves the right to refuse service to any parties believed to have purchased a registration or ticket from a third party at a higher price than the purchase price paid to RTA for the registration or ticket.

Group Tickets
Please contact RTA if you wish to purchase group tickets. RTA staff will provide additional detail about group ticket rates and ease of registration for multiple parties.

GREC Continuing Education Credit
RTA is a Georgia Real Estate School, registered with the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC). The GREC will not issue continuing education credit for a course you've already taken within the last twelve months. You may choose to take a course more than once in twelve months. If you wish to receive continuing education credit for this course, please use the course code to verify you are eligible for credit under the rules of the GREC before you purchase a ticket. You can find the GREC course code in the event description.

RTA will provide a certificate of attendance upon request from anyone who registers for and attends an event for which RTA is offering continuing education credit through one or more organizations such as a real estate commission. Requests for a certificate of attendance must be made within three business days of the conclusion of the presentation. Please contact us using the Support contact information included in your registration confirmation to request a certificate before the presentation or within three business days following the presentation.

Participation Requirements
The service RTA uses to deliver courses for continuing education tracks the "engagement" of each attendee. It reports an "interest level" and the amount of time each attendee spends in the session. RTA will not report continuing education credit for attendees who do not attend the entire course or maintain a high "interest level".

The service RTA uses to deliver courses offers the option to call into the presentation. RTA will not report continuing education credit for attendees who only call into the presentation and are not able to see the presentation.

Technical Requirements
RTA delivers virtual courses using common platforms and services that broadcast over the internet. You are responsible for ensuring the technology you will use to attend the virtual event will work properly and has the internet access required to attend the event. RTA does not provide internet access, hardware or technical support to attendees of virtual events.

The platforms and services used by RTA offer testing for users to determine if the user’s technology and internet connection will work properly. Please use the available testing in advance of the event to be sure you will be able to connect during the event.

You may contact RTA via email or through the chat features of the platforms and services we use to broadcast virtual events if you require assistance finding and using the features of the platform or service.

All Rights Reserved
Video, audio and any other means of recording, streaming or broadcasting the presentation, audience questions and other interactions are prohibited without written consent in advance from RTA.

Use of Your Contact Information
RTA may use the contact information you provide upon registration to communicate with you by email, phone and mail for the purpose of assisting you in attending the presentation for which you registered. RTA may also communicate with you by email or mail to share education opportunities, discussions, news and other information not related to your registration. We respect your privacy. You may opt out of future messages from RTA at any time.

RTA may reschedule an event and transfer your registration to the rescheduled event. If you prefer not to attend the rescheduled event, RTA will provide a full refund to the original registrant through the payment method provided. RTA will not issue a refund for service fees, transaction charges, convenience charges, delivery charges or other charges related to your purchase.

RTA is not responsible for any travel, lodging or other fees or expenses you incur in the course of attending an RTA event even if that event is cancelled or rescheduled.
