Group Ticket Benefits

We can offer substantial benefits when you purchase group tickets for six or more attendees of live or virtual events. You may wish to include your team, include your entire office or reward/host a select group. We’ll be happy to accommodate you!

We can provide a reduced rate rate for group tickets. This reduced rate can be applied to live or virtual registrations. You can pay for your group or we can create a custom rate code to be distributed to your audience.

In addition to a reduced rate for your group members, you may wish to add one or more of the following services for your group so they get the exclusive attention and environment they need:

Reserved Seating and Space
We’re happy to reserve seating at live events for your group so you’re comfortable and can stay together to compare notes and enjoy discussion. We can also provide a dedicated breakout or meeting room in most venues.

Host a Large Group
Many offices don’t have enough meeting space to host their entire staff – an office might have over one hundred members with meeting space for 10% of that number. We often host live events in large venues in which we could accommodate your entire office at one time. We can host your all-hands meeting (or a much larger group than you can host) paired with education, fellowship and amenities.

Custom Catering
We frequently offer catering at our live events and would be happy to arrange catering for your group. This is particularly helpful if your folks are arriving before or staying after a CE course for discussion, Q&A or custom content because it allows them to dine while still remaining productive.

Include an Exclusive VIP Session
We can spend time with your group for additional discussion following a live or virtual CE course or other event so they have an opportunity for discussion in a small group setting that’s exclusive to your party. This is particularly appealing with paired with custom catering at live events.

Custom Content
We can create custom content delivered to your group in a live or virtual format. This is particularly helpful when there’s an emerging issue like changes in the building codes or a zoning ordinance about which your people need some education to be comfortable addressing the issue with clients. We’re happy to speak with you to explore topics that might be of interest.

Custom Course Time
Many of our venue agreements for live events allow us to use the space for the entire day. We can host an exclusive presentation for your group outside the public presentation we’ve scheduled. That gives you the flexibility to offer up to two courses (one of your own choosing) in one day and pair that offering with other, exclusive options like catering and small-group discussion while keeping your costs down.

Custom Messaging
We can create custom messaging such as a video greeting + message to encourage participation among your group members. Rather than you having to tell your group what to expect, let us do it for you. We can share a video or audio link you can use internally to build interest and drive participation. Custom messaging can include a greeting specific to your group, event details, an invitation to register/attend, an invitation to submit questions in advance and other messaging focused on the group event we’re creating with you.

Custom Follow-Up
Rehearsal is critical to learning. We can create a custom follow-up for your group after a continuing education presentation to allow them to ask questions and rehearse material they’ve had a chance to apply it in real-world situations. Scheduling this follow-up with your group (and telling them) in advance creates an expectation that they’ll pay more attention during the presentation and work harder to apply the course content since they’ll have chance to evaluate how it’s working and what they can do to improve in a scheduled call, webinar or live appearance.
