People who haven’t worked with an architect often think we produce a set of drawings or “blueprints” that the owner then uses to get bids and start construction. The documents we produce are only a portion of the value that we add to your project and we don’t abandon you in the bidding and construction phases. We’re not a commodity provider; we’re your advocates through all phases of your project.

We typically include and coordinate consultants like surveyors, structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, interior designers and others as needed. We prefer to bring the contractor, subcontractors and vendors into the design phases so we have the best possible collaboration that results in a tight bid with accurate numbers for cost and time.
