Energy Independent at Home: On-Site Power Generation + Storage

A Virtual Course with Live Instruction

Wednesday December 13, 2023 from 10 AM to 1 PM Eastern

This course has been approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for three hours of continuing education, #75311.

Course Description

It can be frustrating to rely on the power grid when interruptions from storms and aging equipment cause unexpected power failures. Join us for an exploration of on-site power generation as we compare solar panel systems and other sustainable technologies with gas-powered generators.

We’ll also discuss energy storage so you can better understand whether that’s an option even if you’re not generating your own power. We’ll conclude our course with a summary of how to plan for electric vehicle charging and some rate plan considerations for your property.

As always, we’ll make our review in “plain English” and we invite your questions as we go.

You agree to RTA’s Terms of Service by attending this event.
